How do I clean my Skhwama bag?
Please follow the instructions below to clean your bag;
- Do not soak or place in a washing machine
- Use soap foam to clean your bag

Payment
What Payment Options Is Available?
Payment via credit card/ debit card
Skhwama accepts credit card and chipped debit/cheque card payment via Visa, and MasterCard. We make use of the 3D-Secure authentication system to verify cardholder details with your bank. The transaction then takes place within your bank’s secure environment and we won’t have access to any of your card details.
Instant EFT
You can make EFT payments directly from your bank account if you been set up on your internet banking profile. You are in control and would need to authorise this transaction by entering your internet banking username and password in a secure browser environment. An OTP will be sent to authorise the payment which may only be completed through the integrated payment step and not as an internet payment via your internet banking or app.
Payfast
You can pay for your order using Payfast. When you opt to pay for your order using PayFast, you will be redirected to your merchant account on PayFast where you are requested to login and make the payment. PayFast handles the payment and redirects you back to your website where you can continue browsing through the online store.
How safe is it to use my credit card on your site?
The 3D-Secure authentication system to verify cardholder details with your bank; this links you directly to your bank via a secure link. The transaction then takes place within your bank’s secure environment and we won’t have access to any of your card details. Our payment providers have access to your username, password or OTP.
What do I do if my credit card details are not accepted?
You will need to ensure that you have the right details and
that if you are using the debit/credit card option, you are authorised by your
bank to do so. If you struggle, kindly contact your bank for further
assistance.

Trouble ordering online
I am struggling to order online. Is there any other way to get my hands on a Skhwama bag?
You can order via Whatsapp where you will be given instructions on how to purchase. Whatsapp us on 079 443 0364 or email info@skhwama.co.za to get assistance.
Can I exchange my bag for a different one?
Yes. As per our returns and refunds policy, you are authorised to exchange your bag. If you have erroneously received the wrong bag, we will lodge a collection with our courier provider to collect your bag and we will exchange it at no cost. We will then authorise the exchange after inspection. Refer to our returns and exchanges policy for further information.
I am not happy with my bag. Can I return them for a refund?
Yes. You are allowed to return your bag, or cancel your order, subject to our returns and exchanges policy on our website.
